Return & Refund Guidelines

We want you to feel confident ordering from us. This page explains when returns are accepted, how refunds work, and what to do if something arrives damaged or incorrect.

1) Return Eligibility

You may request a return if all of the following are true:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • Returned with original packaging (when applicable)

  • Return request is submitted within the allowed timeframe (see below)

Return Window

  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

  • Returned items must be shipped back within 7 days after your return is approved.

2) Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that are used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged due to misuse

  • Items returned without approval

  • Items returned outside the return window

  • Clearance or final sale items (if marked as such at purchase)

  • Digital products (if applicable)

3) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will make it right.

To help us resolve it fast:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the item and packaging

    • A short description of the issue

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement (preferred when available), or

  • A refund to the original payment method

4) How to Start a Return

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos if there is damage or a defect

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

5) Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, damaged in transit):
    ✅ We cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label (when applicable).

  • If the return is for any other reason (change of mind, ordered wrong item, etc.):
    Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.

6) Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days

  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund:

    • Card refunds (Stripe): often 5–10 business days

    • PayPal refunds: often faster, but still provider-dependent

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

7) Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges due to stock/availability.
If you want a different item, the simplest option is usually:

  • Return the original item (if eligible), then

  • Place a new order

8) Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, it may not be cancelable and would follow the return guidelines instead.
