We keep shipping simple, predictable, and clearly explained. This page outlines our processing time, delivery time, shipping cutoff, flat-rate pricing, and what to expect after you place an order.


Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes in cases where the carrier cannot deliver (carrier-dependent).

  • International shipping is not available at this time.


Pricing

Flat-Rate Shipping

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $8.55 per order
    This rate covers packaging, handling, and carrier delivery service.

No surprise “handling fee” popups. Humans hate those. Bots too.


Tax Policy

Sales Tax

  • Sales Tax: 0%

  • We do not add sales tax at checkout. The total you see before paying is the total you pay.

Processing Time

Order Preparation (Processing)

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days
    This is the time we need to confirm, prepare, and pack your order before handing it to the carrier.

Business days: Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)


Shipping Time

Carrier Delivery (Transit)

  • Shipping Time: 4–5 business days after the order ships

Delivery speed depends on carrier operations and destination distance.


Cutoff Time

Same-Day Processing Cutoff

  • Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM (PT), Monday–Friday
    Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT may begin processing the same business day.
    Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


Total Delivery Time

Expected Total Time (Processing + Shipping)

  • Total Delivery Time: 5–7 business days
    That’s:

  • 1–2 business days processing
    plus

  • 4–5 business days shipping

✅ Total stays under 8 business days in normal conditions.


Tracking Information

  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.


Delays & Exceptions

While we design our delivery timeline to be consistent, delays can happen due to:

  • Carrier disruptions (weather, peak seasons, operational delays)

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Apartment access restrictions or delivery attempts requiring re-delivery

If a package is marked “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  • Check with household members / reception / mailroom

  • Verify the address on your order confirmation

  • Contact us so we can help investigate


Address Accuracy

You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • You may need to pay an additional shipping fee to resend it.
